What is Neuro-Training?

The combination of Neuro-Training and Kinesiology is where it gets exciting.

Neuro-Training uses Kinesiology as an evaluation tool to access the relevant information and then uses Neuro-Training processes to recondition how you view your life experiences and how you use that information. It allows a    person to recuperate in the best way for them and to not revert back into their old patterns.

Neuro-Training is made up of a range of Western and Eastern holistic health disciplines, including the latest understanding of Neuroscience and ancient techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Our life experiences condition us to behave and react in certain ways, which often means we end up doing the same things in the same way. When these behavioural or thought patterns are no longer appropriate in our lives they can make us sick, stressed or unhappy. Neuro-Training re-trains the nervous system and how we view our life experiences, giving us options to do the same things in different ways.

We are continuously training our nervous systems from the moment we are born to the moment we die with information about our environment and experiences. This includes new skills we learn like learning to walk, eating new foods and driving a car through to experiences of what makes us happy, what scares us and how to keep ourselves safe in times of danger. These experiences develop subconscious patterns and behaviours that once were useful and appropriate for us but now may be detrimental to our development and growth. Neuro-Training looks for these unresolved stress reactions that are holding us back so that we can work with them to restore    our natural recuperation abilities and achieve a balanced and whole state.

For a long time, it was the scientific understanding that our genes rule us and that they cannot change. However, with advancements in science it is now known that certain circumstances in life cause genes to turn on and off. Neuro-Training can work on our mental, emotion and physical subconscious patterns to help take control of our genes ensuring that the correct ones are turned on or off for optimum health and well-being.
